Job Summary
This position will lead and oversee strategic planning, execution, and management of facility construction projects and product line construction across international manufacturing and operational sites. This role ensures alignment with corporate goals, compliance with local regulations, and seamless integration of infrastructure to support evolving business needs.
Job Details/Responsibilities
1. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
2. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new facility builds, renovations, and expansions globally.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
4. Develop and manage capital budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
5. Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
6. Coordinate equipment relocation, facility readiness, and infrastructure upgrades to support new production lines.
7. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to minimize disruption and ensure operational continuity.
8. Develop and maintain detailed transfer plans, including validation, testing, and ramp-up schedules.
9. Maintain a global facilities roadmap aligned with business growth and operational needs.
10. Standardize facility design, layout, and maintenance practices across regions.
11. Implement sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements.
12. Monitor facility performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
13. Utilizes the systems and processes in place to attract, develop, engage, train, and retain talented Associates; creating a work environment where Associates can realize their full potential, thus allowing the organization to meet business needs.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Background Experiences
Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field and a minimum of eight years of experience in facilities management, construction, or industrial operations. A minimum of two years of supervisory/leadership experience is preferred.
The annualized base salary range for this role is $113,300.00 to $152,655.00. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
