Job Summary
Responsible for applying Microsoft Office skills to various data maintenance tasks.
This position will work from August through mid-December as maternity leave coverage. The position is 20 hours per week (4 hours per day), Monday through Friday, with working hours between 7:00–11:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Job Details/Responsibilities
1. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
2. Exercise discretion, judgment, confidentiality, professionalism, and tact in dealing with all issues.
3. Maintain files, records and other required documentation and/or information. Perform necessary modification of files, records and information retention and maintenance systems.
4. Implement specified projects and prepare proper documentation.
5. Duties will include administrative assignments, participation in special projects as assigned and the opportunity to develop an understanding of Terumo products and processes.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Background Experiences
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer software skills, i.e. Microsoft Office.
The annualized base salary range for this role is $20.24 to $22.31. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
