Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing specialized financial, accounting, or planning activities, investigations, coordination, and analysis, including analysis, and reporting of information for management.

Job Details/Responsibilities

  1. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
  2. Prepare NA sales revenue and gross profit analysis including reporting monthly actuals and leading preparation of the monthly sales revenue forecast. Identify trends and provide insights on sales revenue results. Serve as primary FP&A partner to the NA Commercial team, complete ad hoc assignments as required.
  3. Lead annual capex budget planning and monthly capex reporting (actuals and forecast).
  4. Maintain Finance SharePoint site and Finance Intranet site. Proactively enhance both sites to enhance the experience of our internal and external stakeholders.
  1. Develop requirements and work with the Business Analysis Team to automate existing financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities (continued)

  1. Identify opportunities for Finance and Accounting process/workflow improvement and work with the team to implement changes.
  2. Prepare various ad-hoc reports as requested, working directly with users under minimal supervision.
  3. Provide assistance with and function as a backup for monthly financial report preparation.
  4. Support the SAP Process as required.
  5. Participate in annual budgeting and LRP process.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Background Experiences

Requires a four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 years of related experience. Manufacturing in a regulated industry and/or Medical Device experience preferred. Advanced Excel skills and basic skills with other computer software, i.e. Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP, or similar ERP software and/or Crystal Reports preferred.

 

The annualized base salary range for this role is $76,000 to $88,000. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
