Job Summary

This position is responsible for report generation, dashboards and data warehouse for analysis, and troubleshooting using various computer programs and systems such as MS Power BI, Crystal Reports, and SQL.  Provides reporting tools and analysis to management resulting in better informed business and/or quality decisions.

Job Details/Responsibilities

1. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. 
2. Generate and distribute business and/or quality reports and addendums using various computer programs and systems in a timely manner while ensuring quality of work. 
3. Resolve issues by researching the situation, analyzing information, making recommendations and assisting in implementing improvements. 
4. Create, develop, and maintain management reporting tools to facilitate business and/or quality decisions. 
5. Perform various analyses of business data and reports. 
6. Interact with all levels of management and with all departments across the company. 
7. Work on various other administration projects as requested. 
8. May support recalls by querying and analyzing transactional data to determine extent of recall and consignee lists in addition to other recall support activities. 
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Background Experiences

Requires a four- year college degree in engineering, IT, or business and a minimum of four years of related experience or a high school diploma and seven years of related experience. Intermediate computer software skills, i.e., Microsoft Office.
