Job Summary
The Treasury Intern will support the Treasury Operations function in areas of Treasury technology including management of Kyriba TMS and Concur expense management, corporate credit card program management and administration as well as implementation of T&E program for other Terumo companies. Treasury Intern will prepare a final presentation on assigned topic and will present to the leadership team at end of internship.
Job Details/Responsibilities
Support the Senior Treasury Analyst with daily tasks, projects, and strategic goals.
Manage and enhance efficiency of Kyriba treasury management system (TMS)
Assist treasury department with management of BOA T&E & PCard programs as well rollout of T&E program for other TAH subsidiaries.
Create, analyze, and present various reports, dashboards to management team.
Maintain and update bank account signatories as needed.
Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Able to manage priorities independently and proactively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details are essential.
- Technical skills ae required with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Qualifications/ Background Experiences
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Finance or related field required with at least two years of undergraduate coursework completed by the start of the internship required.
