Job Summary
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Senior Analyst (ERMSA) is responsible for executing and enhancing the ERM framework for Terumo Medical Corporation. Working closely with the Director of Enterprise Risk Management, the Senior Analyst will help facilitate the identification, prioritization, and evaluation of risks; coordinate ERM activities across the Company; coach risk owners in responding to risks; and ensure the ERM program remains relevant and viable.
Job Details/Responsibilities

1. Implement enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify, evaluate and monitor the Company’s risks including internal and external risks, operational and strategic risks, emerging risks, risk interdependencies/relationships, and new industry trends. |

2. Partner with internal stakeholders to manage the top risks, develop risk mitigation action plans, and monitor their implementation and progress with cross-functional stakeholders. |
|
3. Develop and maintain ERM dashboards to report top risks, trends, analysis, mitigation plan status and risk management program effectiveness; leverage ERM software platform. |
|
4. Continually monitor, assess, and communicate emerging risks throughout the organization to evaluate the impact of potential new risks. |
|
5. Share company risk management program information to drive collaboration with various business functions and ensure their consistent understanding of risks, application of risk management methodologies; support integration with business decision-making. |
|
6. Other job-related duties as assigned. |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills with demonstrated abilities both to work collaboratively and independently and to influence others
- Highly effective written and verbal communications skills, able to present complex issues simply (in PowerPoint presentations and written reports) and to reach audiences with different perspectives
- Excellent problem-solving techniques and analytical skills
Qualifications/ Background Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management and related/similar functions or equivalent combination of education, training and relevant prior work experience.
- Experience supporting ERM or business planning programs in a large, complex organization; manufacturing and/or healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Enterprise Risk Management theory, frameworks and their application is preferred.

Final compensation packages may be higher or lower than what is listed, and will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
