Job Summary
The Intern, Sales Intelligence with have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of data analysis and healthcare, contributing to the enhancement of our data-driven decision-making processes. At the end of the internship, the Intern will prepare and present a final presentation to the leadership team on work project(s) and learnings.
Job Details/Responsibilities
- Support data collection, cleaning, and analysis
- Gain exposure to various business analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Power BI)
- Partner with Manager and IT to create database in Power BI to house medical procedure data
- Seek ways to use newly created database to develop more robust sales targeting tools
- Responsible for cataloging and documentation of Data Assets, SOPs, Reports, and Dashboards
- Create story telling using Data Visualization and Reporting
- Build an internal knowledge base and a Center of Excellence site for Sales Intelligence
- Foster innovation and automation in the group by helping build applications for auditing and monitoring our daily processes and tasks
- Assist in organizing project materials and documentation for internal and external use.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools (Power BI)
- Proficient with Microsoft office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn
- Interest in the healthcare and medical device industry
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize and provide deliverables within the required timeframe
- Ability to successfully work cross-functionally on projects
Qualifications/ Background Experiences
- Pursuing Undergraduate or Graduate degree majoring in Computer Science, Information Management, Analytics, or related fields
