Job Summary
This position is responsible for the repairing and overseeing of the maintenance on Automated Guided Vehicle equipment and plant facilities to ensure functional accuracy and completeness.

Job Details:
1. Associate is responsible to follow requirements of TMC Quality System; including but not limited to: process controls, calibration and maintenance procedures, document/data control, and change control practices.
2. Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and perform preventative maintenance on building systems and facility equipment including water system, fire and security system, air compressors, etc.
3. Comply with EPA and OSHA for hazardous waste control and disposal.
4. Comply with Federal, state and local regulations for maintaining water and sewer system.
5. Oversee that all preventative maintenance and assigned work is completed.
6. Perform general repairs and work order requests.
7. Assist facility personnel in other occupations as needed
8. Prepare and maintain logs, monthly reports, inventory reports, etc., as needed.
9. Participate in project performance team meetings on behalf of the job unit in order to provide ideas, methods or processes for unit/company performance improvement.
10. Perform other job related duties as assigned.

ADDENDUM:
When a position is specific to AGV/ASRS duties, the following responsibilities and requirements would be included:
- Repair and maintenance of Automated Guided Vehicle equipment & systems and Automated Storage & Retrieval systems & equipment.
- Trouble shoot electronic circuits and components, including PLCs
- AA Degree in electronics with 7 to 10 years experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

- Ability to read blueprints, schematic drawings, electronic symbols, hydraulic operations, etc.
- Knowledge of welding, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, water systems, compressed air, etc.
- Computer and record-keeping knowledge is necessary.
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, federal, state and local regulations.
- Verbal and written communication skills and good organizational ability.
Qualifications/ Background Experiences

- High school diploma / GED required.
- Associates Degree or Trade School Certificate with five years experience in industrial building maintenance field

Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand. Rate of pay: $26.80 - 46.42/hour plus 15% shift differential.
