Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing specialized financial, accounting, or planning activities, investigations, coordination, and analysis, including analysis and reporting of information for management. Provide training and guidance to less-experienced Associates in the department. 

Job Details/Responsibilities

1.  In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. 
2.  Develop monthly cash flow forecast for TCVS and TCV CR legal entities.   Lead development of Budget & LRP Cash Flow for TCVS, TCV CR and TCV, including support of annual loan limit review and approval process.  Lead contact with TAH and TC Treasury teams on all cash flow matters.
3.  Participate in annual P&L budgeting and LRP process; lead TCVS budget consolidation and Global Sales consolidation. 
4.  TMAT and Stravis SME for the FP&A team.  Investigate and resolve TMAT data issues as required.   
5.  Prepare various month end slides and presentations summarizing financial results for management, including written commentary and analysis. Take a significant role in developing new monthly presentations to further enhance the value Finance provides to the business. 
6.  Identify opportunities for Finance and Accounting process/workflow improvement and work with the team to implement changes. 
7.  Prepare various ad-hoc reports as requested, working directly with users under minimal supervision. 
8.  Provide assistance with and act as a backup for general accounting, monthly financial report preparation, cost accounting functions. 
9.  Plan, implement, and lead projects, as needed. 
10. Support the SAP implementation as required. 
11. Provide training, coaching, and guidance to less-experienced department Associates. 
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications/ Background Experiences

Requires a four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred, and a minimum of ten years of related experience. Of the ten years of experience, five years of experience in Treasury and/or Cash Flow is required.  Exepereince in manufacturing in a regulated industry and/or Medical Device experience a plus. Advanced Excel skills and basic skills with other computer software, i.e. Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP or similar ERP software preferred.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $105,060.00 to $132,901.00. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
