Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing inventory, materials flow, and logistics activities supporting the in-house service operation. This position ensures the availability, accuracy, and traceability of service materials while maintaining compliance with quality system requirements and supporting efficient repair, maintenance, and customer service activities.
Job Details/Responsibilities
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- Maintain and follow proper ISO procedures and GMP requirements.
- Enter and track orders in ERP System.
- Investigate and resolve service inventory discrepancies in ERP systems (SAP, FSM, etc.).
- Monitor inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, cycle counts, and adjustments.
- Prepare documentation for outbound shipments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Create, schedule and dispatch SROs to the appropriate service technician, as necessary.
- Order of MRO items to support Service Depot activities.
- Provide support for activities related to Change Control such as redlining procedures, piloting procedures, etc.
- Train new hires in parts selection and standard warehousing procedures.
- Manage service inventory planning and forecasting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Background Experiences
Requires a high school diploma and three years of manufacturing or distribution experience. Intermediate computer software skills, i.e., Microsoft Office and ERP or similar.
The base wage for this role is $24.61. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
