Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing the company with sales forecasts, product training, marketing communications, and technical clinical communications with the objective of maximizing sales revenue. Sets strategic direction for product categories.

Job Details/Responsibilities

1.  In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. 
2.  Develop new product and annual marketing plans.
3.  Develop and introduce new marketing/sales materials.
4.  Manage all activities related to new product introductions.
5.  Conduct market and competitive research.
6.  Perform product evaluation studies with sales Associates at key accounts.
7.  Develop product promotional strategies and evaluate results.
8.  Develop and manage customer relationships to gain input into post-market surveillance activities.
9.  Gather and communicate market and competitive intelligence.
10. Develop advertising program and administer expenses.
11. Analyze sales trends and results.
12. Provide sales, marketing, and product support to internal and external customers.
13. Ensure documentation/training is in compliance with hospital operating room protocol tracking systems.
14. Utilizes the systems and processes in place to attract, develop, engage, train and retain talented Associates; creating a work environment where Associates can realize their full potential, thus allowing the organization to meet business needs.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications/ Background Experiences

Requires four-year college degree and a minimum of five years of product-related experience in Marketing or Sales. Intermediate computer software skills, i.e. Microsoft Office. Masters degree preferred. Experience with medical products preferred.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $113,300.00 to $152,655.00. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
